Scribble & Daub Chimney Christmas Card
Chimney Christmas Card by Scribble & Daub
The image of Father Christmas with his flying reindeer and chimney escapades is a relatively new one, originating with Clement Clarke Moore’s poem A Visit From St Nicholas in 1823, beginning with the famous line, "'Twas the night before Christmas..."
All Scribble & Daub cards are traditionally letterpress-printed from original dip pen and ink drawings and then individually hand-painted with Andy Warhol’s favourite inks on luxurious Italian deckle-edged cards with matching envelopes
Paper and envelopes are FSC certified and produced according to highest environmental & ethical standards
Measures 13.5cm x 8.5 cm (smaller than your average card, so you dont have to think of quite so many witty things to say!)
