Collection from store & Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your products,  you are entitled to a refund up to 7 days from the date you have collected your item.  Please email us on  to inform us that you wish to return the product.  

When returning an item to the store, please ensure your invoice / receipt is enclosed.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods are returned by you in the condition they were in when collected. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or tags removed or original packaging damaged.

All goods have been inspected before collection but should you find any issue with your product please send to us images of the defect via email on within 48 hours of collection. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to have a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must also be returned to us within 7 days of being collected by you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note refunds to debit or credit cards normally take up to 48 hours to reach your account. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

Items excluded from returns for exchange or refunds

Due to health, safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings, food and beverage items, liquids and bath / beauty products.

We also do not accept returns on plants.

Items bought at sale price are not eligible for return.
